How long will it take to receive my order?
You can expect your order to ship within 4-6 days from your order date.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to Canada for international orders.
Can I opt for letter delivery?
If you ordered 4 or fewer greeting cards, you will have the option to select USPS First Class Mail for a cheaper shipping rate. The order will be shipped as a stamped letter, and it will not be tracked.
Do you offer local pick up?
Sorry, we currently do not offer local pick up.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you received a wrong or damaged item, please email me at info@jimindraws.com, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
What happens if my order gets lost?
Once an order (tracked or untracked) is off to the carrier, it is no longer my responsibility if it gets lost of stolen. Please make sure to enter the correct address during check out.
